I would say "Cool Project" but I think that "Hot Project" fits it better.

In fact I think we could do some great projects together :-)

But I have to correct myself on one thing: the thread of the block heater is not M27x2. It is a bit smaller. I have to measure it again.

it continues in small steps. I have made the fittings for the circulating pump and the aluminium plates with the rubber seal and the fittings are done.
I think in the next 2 weeks I can do a complete test, i.e. heat the head, pressurize the water side and at the same time pressurize the diesel side.

I finally found some time to continue with the test setup. A block heater is installed in the big brass tee on the right. I still have to fix a small leak, then I can do a warm pressure test.
How much pressure would you put on it? 30psi?
