You are doing just fine.
So I understand that you want to get all the right parts to rebuild the heads
in NY before they get to Spain?
I am not sure but I think someone said the E-Bay valves will work for you.
Are you planing on using any of the valve parts off the heads? Or going with new after market springs, rockers and all? Ya may check with John Murmett. I spelled that wrong. Is his web site Y-Blocks Forever guys? I think he even has a roller rocker set up for the Y's. And everything you could ever want to know about the
Y-Block and more.
If this link works than this is his web site.

The Reconstruction going to start here, what I want is to send all together, I'll just replace valves, springs, guides, retainers, passed unleaded petrol and portage.

There is no difference in the 272 and 292 valves. If you look at the description, the part numbers are the same.
The 312 has different part numbers but the same head diameters.
To the best of my knowledge, there should be absolutely no difference between any of them.
To avoid confusion, it will be best to get everything you need from one source and eBay probably is not best for that. Another person you can try is Ted Eaton, Eaton Balancing | www.eatonbalancing.com. He's about 2 hours closer to you which will make calling easier and he's also very good about responding to email. He knows these engines very well.
John or Ted will be very good because they are among the best in the world when it comes to the Y-block and they will be your best bet at getting everything you need the first try. They may even have a set of heads on hand and can send them to you ready to go.
On the east coast, you can get parts from more general suppliers like Dennis carpenter or Mac's Auto Parts. I just don't know how well they will be able to answer any of your Y-Block specific questions.
I'm assuming portage means porting, making the ports larger for more power, which brings up another point. If the cost to port is similar in Spain, then you should seriously consider John's new Aluminum heads. They flow better out-of-the-box than many ported iron heads, may actually cost less, and are 100% new.
