I have a pinhole in my brake line running front to back, behind the drivers side. Having trouble locating a replacement. Looks like most places only have the hose from the caliper. Does anyone know of anyone selling this replacement line, or even a whole brake line kit?
Classic Tube and Inline Tube make pre-bent kits. Many vendors sell kits as well. Another option is to make your own line and patch it in as was mentioned in the previous post. You will need to cut to length and then double flare the end.

Advance auto, Auto zone, Oreilleys, Napa all should have brake lines that will fit these trucks. Take the leaking line to the parts store and use it as a guide in getting a new one. Patching the existing line might not be feasible unless you have the correct tools to do it, and since it is already leaking, it probably needs replacement anyways.
I always make my own lines. You can get rolls of brake line off amazon and the tools to do it for relatively cheap.
I got a 25 ft roll and replaced a couple lines on my truck, took the originals off and using a bender and flaring kit made exact copies.
If you make your own lines, don't forget to double flare the ends.............................after making sure the fitting is on and going the right direction.

Good tip there...fitting gotta be on right, but that double flare thing requires the correct tool and practice. First hand experience with that, bad flares show up fast. The shop I worked for had a huge supply of pre made lines of all sizes and lengths, and preferred them.

I had to replace mine from the RABs back. It was easier to thread the unbent new line in after flaring and putting the fitting on one end and then bending and flaring the other end in place than trying to snake in a pre-bent one.
I ordered the tubing/fitting from Amazon and they were on my porch the next day.
Harbor Freight double flare tool and it was a snap. I'd buy a better tool if I were doing a lot of fittings but for one or two every once and a while the HF tool is fine.
Check the lines on the axle and replace the rubber hose while you are at it as they are probably not far behind in having a problem.
Thanks for all the feed back. I went ahead and got the full set of pre-bent lines and bought new hoses too because might as well. Appreciate all the help.
