Just something to consider. I am not that knowledgeable about the 'pre-bent' brake line kits, have purchased generic parts, and or kits in past and found some require alteration, and or modification. May not be an issue for you, but if have choices suggest select kit more specific to the desired year(s) and model truck. Have a 65 and purchased ridgid brake lines from local Auto Parts Supplier, availaable in various diameter, lengths, and size fitting. With a decent tube bender and flare tool fabricating replacements not too difficult. If you have the originals to use as patterns even better. Used 2 lengths for line running front to rear, easier to work with tube bender. Anyhow, just thought would add my $.02.
I have a NPD stainless kit in the crew. I will never pre bend lines again.
What you need to watch in a 64 is modifications to the stock truck. if a dual master or discs were applied then the kits will be basically usless as the trucks did not come with the extra lines to the prop valve. if doing a 65 66 match up the parts of the master cyl and order the kit to match the year of the modified parts.
On my 66 Crew i have a 79 booster and master unit along with the correct 79 prop valve. My kit was ordered for a 79 long bed F150. Best 180 bucks i ever spent.
I ordered lines from Inline Tube. I was not real happy. Their line set is only for a 9" rear end! Mine has a Dana 44. They didn't fit! It cost me an extra $20 + shipping to have them bend new lines and no credit for the 9" lines returned to them.
