Crapped out this morning. I hopped out at the UPS Store, and the feature didn't work after returning. Also, the box is grayed out in the settings. Memory buttons don't work, neither does the toggle on the steering column. Pedal buttons do work. Any ideas?

Thanks for the reply. Yea, went through all of that. Must have been a gremlin as everything worked again yesterday half-a-dozen times after work. Pretty strange. Truck is covered with salt and road spray from a storm on Monday...must be telling me it wants a bath.
