Programming Connector

I have a 94 Bronco and I am wandering where the programming connector is, that you have to jump the pins on to program the keyless entry remotes. They say it is at the base of steering column, but there is alot of stuff down there?????

Yep thats where it is, take off the fuse box cover and look above or next to the stearing column, you'll prob end up laying on your floor to find it.
