Headlight removal

How do you twist the little plastic twist lacking tabs that hold on the headlight housing itself. Not the bulb. Or stated another way how do you remove the headlight housing while on the truck? Thanks for the help I'm sure many have done it but I just can't get my head around it.

What are you working on? My ‘89 does not have “little plastic twist locking tabs”.

You hire a 3 handed little person with 6 fingers & 2 thumbs per hand... or

A really sharp pair of needle nose pliers that don't slip while pushing down the release tabs

Its a '95, assuming all OBS are the same.

When I changed housings on my 96 Bronco I had to almost pull the whole front end grill apart to get to the mounting screws..
