Also I’m finding nothing online about 1st grinding into gear. I’m just puzzled and can’t figure out why it would start doing this randomly. I almost feel like I did something wrong now when I dropped the trans the second time to change the TO bearing.

How old is the hydraulics? I got the Luk pre-bled set up, and it's been great.

I just replaced the master and slave with the south bend pre bled kit hoping that was the problem to begin with by nope.

I rebuilt my S5-47 fully, myself, with no formal training. Not to mention my pedal box. The heim joint mod. Dealt with the hydraulics. Etc. All you are doing is chasing your tail at this point.

I bet the slave isn't getting enough pressure from the pedal assembly. Clapped out pedal boxes need to be dealt with.
