A few error codes popped up (the ones I remember P0107, P0471) for some sensors and we replaced them all with new sensors. The sensors replaced were: Fuel Temperature Sensor, Fuel Pressure Sensor, MAP Sensor, and EBP Sensor. The throttle body was cleaned, motor and sensor are still good. Both fuel pumps have been checked and cleaned with filters replaced. We primed the pumps properly by turning the key halfway and off around 6 times.

It has stumped 2 mechanics so I thought maybe this would be the best place. Some things about the truck and how it's used may help. We are located in the Cayman Islands. The truck only gets up to around 30MPH and makes short trips (makes me believe it could be a DPF issue?)
Anyways let me know if I need to provide any more details or better angles and thank you in advance for any advice!
I personally carry a spare.

I bet the guy didn't install the sensor on the pipe and that is why it won't run.
