Throttle body intake tube exploded

Hi guys, new to the forum. I have a 2011 Ford F-450 6.7L Powerstroke. A couple of weeks ago one of my friends was driving the service truck and he heard a loud boom. He thought the back tires had busted but turns out it was the intake tube that connects to the throttle body. He hooked up a temporary hose which worked to get him back to work. We put a new intake tube on but now the car wont run. It will start every time you turn the key but will immediately shut off.

Image of the new intake tube and the hood where explosion happened:

A few error codes popped up (the ones I remember P0107, P0471) for some sensors and we replaced them all with new sensors. The sensors replaced were: Fuel Temperature Sensor, Fuel Pressure Sensor, MAP Sensor, and EBP Sensor. The throttle body was cleaned, motor and sensor are still good. Both fuel pumps have been checked and cleaned with filters replaced. We primed the pumps properly by turning the key halfway and off around 6 times.

Images of sensors replaced:

It has stumped 2 mechanics so I thought maybe this would be the best place. Some things about the truck and how it's used may help. We are located in the Cayman Islands. The truck only gets up to around 30MPH and makes short trips (makes me believe it could be a DPF issue?)

Anyways let me know if I need to provide any more details or better angles and thank you in advance for any advice!

scan for codes again and report back correct codes. The intake issue is a well known item that can happen. Many have replaced them with either an after market one or a oem one.

I personally carry a spare.

There is a kit to replace this part. Do a search on here for CAC pipe install. Here is a link to the thread

I bet the guy didn't install the sensor on the pipe and that is why it won't run.
