Got a contribution balance code in cylinder 6 the only sign there's anything wrong is a slight studer when pulling small grades on the highway around 65 70 MPH other than that truck runs great no other issues other than boost fluctuations while accelerating and on occasion I have a rough choppy idle but it comes and goes. I've been told in the past that could be a plugged up EBP sensor. I know other things other than a bad injector can cause a contribution code. If the EBP sensor is clogged can it cause my contribution code? Trucks an 03 studded and deleted. Please help any advice would be greatly appreciated.
You could do a buzz test to see if it is the injector. You should hear a click for every cylinder. If #6 does not click then you probably have some stiction. Sometimes they dont click until its cold. My #5 is that way. You can use an oil additive (hot shot, archoil & rev-x) to try and help. If you can read pids, ebp/baro and map should all be similar. That should tell you if the ebp sensor is plugged.
I believe my icp sensor is located under my turbo and my glow plug control module is located in the exact position as the one in the picture you posted. Does this mean my EBP sensor is not operable?
