020 code what does it mean
I have a 92 F150 with a 300 and 28100 miles the other day the check engine light came on and now comes on everytime after its been running about 15 seconds I used my uncles code scanner and it give out manufactor code 020 and I can not find what it means on the net anywhere any help would be great

There's no code "020" but there is code "20" which means "Cylinder #2 failed cylinder balance test."
No idea what it means, but that's the definition.

This engine is batch fired and will not do a cylinder balance test. You can try reading the codes without the code reader by counting flashes on the check engine light. Here are some instructions, just leave out the volt meter or test light they talk about and watch the check engine light instead: EEC IV Self Test hookup . The only other idea I have is the code reader is interpreting the 11 pass code as a 2.

No, there isn't a mis-fire detection in these computers. You can clear memory codes by removing the jumper wire while the codes are flashing, but it's not like the ODB-II stuff where you have to clear them with a code reader or wait the set number of drive cycles for it to clear itself.
