Looking for explanation to P430 dgnostic code

I received diagnostic code P430 after my check engine light came on. The explanation of the code was as follows:

"Catalyst system efficiency for Bank 2 is below threshold for current operating conditions. Bank #1 identifies location of cylinder 1, bank 2 identifies cylinder on opposite bank."

Can anyone explain this code to me and suggest what I might want to check out.
