I found this a little disconcerting. I doubt you can order a foam topper... Am I headed for the junk pile?

A lil duct tape & paint will fix it gewdass new...Juss kidd'n

I will be looking for interior parts for my new truu-uuck just bought. JUST watched a YT where a guy mapped out all the clip-pins for your white plastic thingie. You drill holes specific so you can use a screw driver to release the clips thuss not breaking the white plastic.

Professional BOOT REPAIR shops use stuff called SHOE GLUE.. Believe it or not, you can buy at Wal Mart ( or on line)... It will glue anything to anything.. You just need to clamp in place and let it set 48 hours. The staples around the edge might be a good way to hold in place while the glue sets up.

Don't know about Shoe Glue but if you're going to use an adhesive it has to handle interior temperatures on the hottest of days. A headliner adhesive might be a good choice.

Yes, just use an adhesive after thoroughly cleaning the parts. Looks like that's what they used in the first place so it won't be a kludge. Adhesive fails with age and these trucks aren't young anymore.
