Injector decision question

Well sent I need to do my heads and heads gasket and I have 2.or 3 cranky injectors I figure I'll do injectors also. Now I have been reading other threads and info about injectors and I'm throughly confused. I was thinking OEM at first, but then I read that Alliants are pretty much the same. Then I also looked at Warren injectors. With those I would get the premium level, either stock or 155s with stock nozzles. Any thoughts on a direction to go? The prices are within a $100 or so for 8.

For reliability and consistent quality go with OEM. They can be found online for around $180 each.
Other just don’t have a good track record.

Go OEM if you want stock. Holders Premium if you want larger.

I can vouch for Warren Diesel, mine have been flawless(175/30's).

I have read on OEM and sometimes you get remans that are not OEM so be careful.

There have been a lot of people that have had issues w/ Warren injectors though! They seem to always make good w/ the customer, but there are plenty of forum posts (even a few recently) about issues with them..

OEMs have been remans for a LONG time now. It was only recently that Pure Power started offering new ones again.

I have 15,000+ miles on my 175/30 Holder Premiums without a hiccup. 3 year 100,000 mile warranty, can’t even get that on Ford Remans. Heard way too many bad experiences with Warrens and the other plethora of injector companies. Holder’s Performance is awesome, great customer service, can’t say enough good about them from the first phone call to the flow bench sheet to the fast delivery and neat packaging.

Alliant and Warren are no good, don't let a retailer tell you otherwise. Get the Motorcraft injectors only. Retailers push the other ones because the Motorcrafts have a smaller profit margin. I talked my local Ford dealer down to around $180/injector.

If you use an online retailer make sure to call them to see if they are in stock even if their website says they are, often times they will be out of stock.
