Attach the window regulator. Slide the rollers into the proper slots of the window frame. Put the glass into the glass runs. Then push the fingers of the regulator into the rollers.

Like Abe said the rollers need to be in the channels first. Then with the regulator & the window in the down position. Push the regulator pins into the rollers. The rollers will slide in from the side of the channels, but are a little hard to do because of the tension on the roller spring.

I put this roller on while the window was in the door. A real PIA and it looks like its not in the channel correctly. I'll have to try again.

I just put a new regulator in my RH door yesterday & will probably put the LH door together today. So I had everything out available to take pics.

A little dab of white lithium grease on the roller tracks will help the windows roll up and down as smooth as butter.
