After I replaced the Hpop I had a serious delay in the throttle. And when I pull up to s stop sign, the Icp pressure drops below 400 and the engine dies. Disconnected the ICP. No more throttle delay. Bought a new ICP. Put it in. Same issues. Someone told me it could be the Idle Validation Switch. But if that was the case. Why would the problem go away when I disconnected the ICP? The only time the CEL came on was when I disconnected the ICP. Is this a PCM problem? Or do I have a Faulty “new” ICP? The fuel pump and cam sensors are new too.

After watching the pressures, I put the old IPR in the new HPOP. Fixed the problem. The new IPR that came with the HPOP was defective. Getting another new IPR.
