Throttle Delay?!

I'm really tired of the delay in the throttle. I drove my friends Tundra the other day, forgive me, and I enjoyed very much the responsiveness of the throttle. Is there anything that can be done for my truck, or do I have to live with it?

Have you brought the vehicle back to the dealer and complained about it? If so, what did they do? This is not a characteristic of the truck, many here have no delay.
