I have a 1990 f 150 standard truck with a 5.0 engine , 4 days ago it started raining i rolled up the windows started the truck and turned on the AC . it ran for about 10 mins then it died . it will not restart . i have no gas pressure , no spark . it will just spin . i have replaced the E C M. And the coil. Still nothing . i am at my witts end anyone got any ideas as to what is going on ?

You have made diagnosis of this issue much more difficult since you have already started throwing parts at it instead of troubleshooting the problem. You should have tried to retrieve fault codes with the original computer to see what happened. Why did it shut off: did it run out of fuel (maybe a bad pump?) or did the ignition system die? Did it blow a fuse? I’d there a problem with the EEC power relay or wiring?
Now to try and figure out if you got a good computer from the parts store.
Try pulling KOER codes from this computer and post them.

You can get fault codes in your driveway using a paper clip. See post #2 in this thread :
