Common to have that T fitting on the back of the intake manifold, mine has one also.

Idk if this will load idk how to get this to work but here's a picture of the fitting. I did order a new pan gasket and pan and filter to see if that helps.

One way, if using the phone, press and hold the pic>then copy. Come back to this post, press and hold where you type>should prompt you to paste. If using a computer basically the same thing, scroll over the pic and copy it, come back to this post where you type and paste it. Diff computers use diff functions. Hope this helps.
