Hvac blower motor
Anyone else had issues with the blower motor shutting down? Had mine start this about a week and a half ago, comes back on usually with in an hour. Headed to the dealer later this week once we get my wife’s SHO back. Daughter is driving that since the a/c went out in her car. Going to check on the plugs, see if I can locate the resistor if it is equipped with one, thinking possibly thermal overload since it does return to normal function after a while.

Guess that’s a good way to make sure you don’t ride at the max speed all the time!

I have had to replace mine in every super duty I have ever owned except the one I lemon lawed. That is 4 of them. I fully expect this one to die around 2 years from now. Fairly easy to replace. Had one die on me on a 5 hour trip with 100+ degree temps. It would only come on if the passenger kicked it a few times. Not the funnest of trips.
