It is much appreciated to hear the outcome become a success. If you don't mind, would you be able to go into a little more detail about you needed to do with Forscan to enable the feature? As you already saw, I was unable to find where this function needed to be enabled under the programmable parameters menu in IDS. I am aware that every module has what's called "as-built" data Ford calls it. When I read your updated post, I went to pull up the as-built data for the BCM in my truck. I saw a bunch of fields where the numbers 0001 appear. So with that said, if you don't mind describing in detail what you did, and where you saw those numbers, I'm sure others who desire installing a factory keyless entry into their Super Duty truck would appreciate it as well. I just wanted to say thank you for updating us. I have a '13 F-350 XL. I took the door panel off and don't have the plug for the keypad either but it looks like there is hope.
I realize this is an old thread. I am currently doing this to my truck. How did you get a 5 digit code?
