Door Keypad - Yes. But only if your truck has the Keyless Entry (key fob) already.
You need to buy a Door Handle with the keypad, or buy the wireless keypad
If you get the wireless keypad, it is essentially a key fob with combo lock. Program it to the truck and your set.
If you get the new door handle with inset keypad, it's pretty much a plug and play.

If it has the keyless entry, the vehicle will already have a preset door code when using a factory inset door handle / digit pad combo.
I put a Ford aftermarket digit pad on my daughter's 2010 Focus and as Tylus said, it's essentially a key fob that's mounted to the door as it's wireless.
