I would Wire it up, but not cut a hole. Try it to see if it works. I am not aware of any programming required since you already have RKE and the fob activated.
Here is a list of programmable modules in our trucks.
Wow, that's pretty inexpensive for the parts you'll need. My suggestion is for you to check for continuity between the pins on the BCM to the pins on the keyless entry keypad connector once you have it all plugged in. If you have continuity, there isn't any reason why it shouldn't work. The biggest obstacle in my opinion, is the lack of an opening in your door to install the keypad.
I’m going to wire it up and try it before I cut the hole just in case. But I have no problem cutting a hole in the door. I cut holes in much more expensive things daily lol
ill write back back here on how it goes, thanks to everyone for the info, very helpful

Please do...
As a long time dealership technician, I actually find threads like this very interesting. The ones about posters asking to add features to their rides not originally equipped from factory with the expected and intended outcome to be a fully functioning feature appearing factory.
Ok guys, I got the door harness and key pad, I simply plugged it Into the truck at the door jam and plugged in the key pad “nothing else” I hit the last two buttons just to see if it would lock the doors. Nothing. I then entered the 5 digit code on the module. Nothing. It lights up but does not make anything work. Going to try and swap the whole harness and see if that matters or not.
I just hooked up as much as I could, the window switch wires are not the same. But everything else was connected. The harness I should have ordered is from this vin truck 1FTBF2BT7GEC02924 which would be a fully loaded regular cab. I actually tried to buy that truck and someone snagged it first. The key pad does light up but the buttons do not seem to respond. If I open or close the door they light up but not if I type in a code.
Can someone find a way to get the door harness part number for that truck??

Thanks, still hoping this can happen!!!!
The part number for the door harness that corresponds to the VIN provided above, is DC3Z-14631-MA. But this truck is a regular cab truck. Is yours not a crew cab truck like mine is?
Yes mine is a regular cab, I was hoping I could have just changed the plug end for the 4 window controller vs 2 windows but I honestly didn’t think of that difference at the time. I should have caught it.
The plug on your harness for the window controller has 4 wires while mine has 5 or 6 not sure why I would have more??
Even with that small difference I believe that the harness and key pad should have done something more.
Pretty sure the truck would need to be told that the keyless entry is an option
Here's what the underside of my master control looks like.
Okay, I didn't know your truck was a regular cab configuration. You never mentioned that in your original post, so I had assumed yours would be a crew cab like mine.
As far as getting it to work and function like factory is concerned. I'm pretty sure the option is as simple as enabling it, under the programmable parameters menu with IDS. But I will check, next time I connect my truck to IDS.
Ok guys, the new harness should be here on Thursday, I’ve programmed the truck using FORScan to turn on remote start and program new keys. Does anyone know about doing the keyless entry with FORScan? I don’t have access to ids.
Well, tonight I hooked up the new door harness and enabled the keyless entry through FORScan. You have to change a set of numbers in the BCM that’s normally 0000 to 0001 to enable. Worked perfectly. I cut the hole in the door with a template I made and painted the cut edges with a color match paint marker. Very happy with the results. All functions work just as they did on my previous 07 reg cab 6.0
