I recently got my truck running again (installed New HEI distributor) & adjusted timing. Recently the thermostat gauge stopped working then the next day All the gauges stopped working including my factory Tach. Is there a hidden fuse for the cluster??
I think there is but I would pull them all and clean the ends & holders as they get a little film and don't make contact.
I would also ohm them to make sure they are all good.
Now if you find that does not fix all the gauges the IVR for the gauges may have gone bad and needs to be replaced.

Ford called it some thing else but Inserment Voltage Regulator it is on the bad of the gauge cluster.
I would first test with a test light the wires for oil & temp on the motor and see if the test light flashes with the key on. If so then ground the wires and see if the gauges move.
If no flashing or movement and fuses are good then the IVR is bad in my book.
