P0100 and U0600 codes

P0100 and U0600 codes
Good evening my 2016 F250 6.7 has about 55k it was deleted about 20k ago now all of the sudden it’s throwing these two codes.
I have cleaned mass sensor and and check wiring I can’t find anything wrong with it.
Any input would be greatly appreciated.

Update
I found out that the NOX sensor on passenger side frame rail shorted out and took out fuse #36. The sensor faces up and can hold water which I think shorted out the sensor. The MAFS and GPCM share the same power source as the NOX sensor.
Unplugged NOX sensor and replaced fuse issue is fixed. No more check engine light.
