What engine do I have?

I've had a shop for about 15 years now. When I purchased it the guy left all of his stuff in it and didn't want it. One of the items is what I was told was an old model T or A ford motor.
I've found some serial numbers on it. It starts with a star A456I860 end with a star. Does anyone have any knowledge of what it might be to?

If its got a dist almost in the center of the head, its either an A or B model, if its got a weird looking timer on the front, its a T.
