New to site. My dad just got a 2002 Ranger (nice low miles and clean). I don't drive a Ford Truck (but I have no problems with them ) so I'm not familiar with his truck yet. He wants me to install a power inverter in his cab for him and I was wondering if any of you could tell me if there are any good places to pull wire thru the firewall in an '02 Ranger. Any Help appreicated.
One way to do it is to try and find an existing rubber OEM wire grommet on the fire wall. Scope out the existing wire positions to find the best grommet and then poke through it carefully with a small screw driver. If you have to, you can run a piece of coat hanger through with the wire attached in order to get the wire through.
