7.3 has the diesel bolt pattern for engine to trans. 6.2 motors use the "modular" pattern. No match.
Plus you would have to find a stand alone controller for that trans.
The '94s had the E4OD as an option. It will take some doing including either swapping ECU and harness or a stand alone controller, but at least it will all bolt up.
Most people are going the other way, swapping the manual in place of an automatic. Trading or selling/buying for the truck you want might be a better option, certainly better than trying to make the 5R.. work.
