Well, I was hoping to help you out on this problem but it doesn’t sound like I’m on the right track.
I hope you get some resolution soon. We’ve all read about bad experiences on this forum and if you are one of the writers, I’m sure you are apprehensive about the product you purchased on good faith. I wish you good luck and hope they can get you in a truck that will give you as much pleasure as mine has for me.
KEEP IT.I went throught the same thing edge540 is going throught.when i first bought my 6.0 and then a week later found this sit and read all these 6.0 problems . i freak OUT and wanted to return mine .but i keep my 04 f-350,king ranch,drw,4x4 with 03 motor and 13000 miles later have not had 1 problem !!I LOVE THIS TRUCK!!!!good luck.
Remember that this forum has an incredibly low sampling of the total vehicles
that have been sold. I wish…with the vast resources we have, that read and participate
on this from………………..could actually report as to how many have been sold.
Debug, the "bucking started before the oil change. this coming tuesday the Ford Factory tech is coming out to work on my truck. They had another 6.0 come in for a blown of turbo hose and engine leak.
Hey everone, just got my truck back from the dealer. The Ford factory tech came just to look at this problem. It turned out that the TCM was shorting out internally thus causing the PCM to shut the engine on and off quickly. I put 50 fast miles on it after picking it up.So if any of your dealer say it cant happen call sunrise in fontana,ca and ask for Guy Smith (yes that is his name) in service. Now I can go camping.
