RATS !!!

I have 2006 Ford E350 6.0 decommissioned ambulance that I use for my food business, Yesterday it started moved 10 yards and then the engine stopped , started it again and it moved 5 yards , and stopped again, tried to start it again but no start . I removed the cowling inside, only to find a rats nest. I removed the nest and found that some wires had been chewed through. I painfully rejoined the wires , but still a no go. I changed the fuel filter and checked that I had fuel to the secondary filter. The wires that were broken were at a 2 wire connection to the right of the FICM (green /brown ...and white). Any ideas as to what these wires controlled or what the next step would be ?

I am a bit tired and can't see straight right now. How ever this PDF should be the diagram for the engine on your rig,
Color codes might not match but it is for the 2006 engine.
