I can do that. I really appreciate the help. Bought truck last year already lifted. I am ASSUMING 4 inch suspension lift, and I know a 3 inch body, because I relocated the front horns 3 inches up and bumper fit perfect. Rear is not lifted as much I believe due to stance, and leaf blocks do not measure 4 inches. More like 3 at most. Guy I bought it from had a prerunner in mind, so I think he did that stance on purpose. Also think rear leafs are sagging, and old. I had a 1/2 cord of wood in there and felt like I was poppin a wheelie, dragging the bumper. I have new leafs so i can haul some wood. Just came yesterday, and to level the stance. I will go take some pics right now. Just got home, and rest of day is for the truck
That should cover the front end. Ibeams are either bent or aftermarket because camber is right for the lift it has, other than slightly off on drivers side. I don't know if the spring is sagging a little, beam is bent from hard landing, or what, but inside tread of tire isnt wearing at all uneven
Found something. I guess when using come along it somehow pulled steering shaft out? Rag joint is sitting butt yo butt flat, where before it had a gap like half inch or so. At least that's why steering wheel is rattling around
Yeah I check those like once a week. When I got truck bolts were halfway out flopping the box, with a nice frame crack. I ground, welded, ground flush, and fishplated about a year ago, and all is still well with that. I tightened steering wheel bolt to pull shaft up into column, and cranked it down. Seems to have eliminated 50-75% of the popping, and knocking but still does it on bumpy turns driving th er streets. Man. I am at a loss at this point.

Sounds like you've got the box taken care of
Is there clearance between the I beams? I don't know if it's possible for them to rub at times but it would make for some odd noises.
As a side note, every Ford I've owned, at least that I remember, has creaked and popped going into parking lots and driveways.
I see what looks like a possible clearance issue in the red circle? And it is on the dvrs side. Yes when you turn that tie rod moves, but so does the radius arm when the suspension flexes. Put some blue painters tape on the tie rod where it passes thru and go drive it and see it the tape get scratched. Also are you sure your beams themselves are not contacting the eng crossmember?
