Ok, then I would just give it some more time. They touch on that in thier FAQs, but I cant remember details.

Dang, I bought mine on Monday and my points hit yesterday.
But I've had Fordpass for a year. Maybe that helps.

Haha, nice. I haven't used mine for service but was surprised to see points added after getting one of my free oil changes. Also, when I used points to buy my mud flaps, I recieved points back based on the purchase. The points given vs points taken for service/parts is a huge difference, they give hardly anything.

Are looking in the right place? They don't show on the home screen or vehicle screen. Log in to Ford Pass, go to "account", click on "FordPass Rewards view available" tab and you should see them.

Looks like I can save $375 on a 5th wheel prep package and install with my dealer.
according to the value of points. 75k pts is 375 right?

Correct, 1 point=$.005.

my points are not showing up on my app either, I called ford and they are redoing the app so not everyone shows their points. she said new app coming soon.
if you log into my ford website they show up there.
