Just called my dealer for my first oil change which has been free in the past. Dealer said they no longer give the first oil change free. When did ford stop this?

This is a dealer incentive - my dealer did it for me.
My dealer mentioned first oil change free when we picked up our F250 back in 2017. I laughed then told them the shop boy would not be touching the truck, beyond vacuuming it out they they had already done.
Years ago, I had an 'instant oil change' place cross thread a drain plug. I found out the damage when I changed the oil 5000 miles later, of course at that point, impossible to get anything out of the oil change place. Until I am unable to get under a vehicle to change the oil, I will do it myself, rather than trust the lowest guy on the seniority chain (lowest paid as well).
I got a free oil change. My dealer told me I had to sign up for an OAR account and my first one would be free and I would earn money back on parts and service purchases. This is a Ford Owner Advantage Rewards program which is being phased out.
None of it's free, back when I was at the dealership we would lure customers with 12 months free maintenance but up the doc fees to cover it. We also banked on half never coming back in.
I just took my '19 in for its first oil change (9100 miles on truck). $252... holy %hIt! So just watched a 15 minute YouTube video so I'll be doing next oil change .. what a f'ing scam. Of that $252, there was $47 for "oil conditioner" - just can't make this **** up. And to be even more "wtf" they actually offer three different service packages "performance, premium, standard".
So a brand new '19 6.7L coming in for first oil change, had I been not paying attention, could have been over $450 (the quoted price for premium).

Amazon 60 bucks for 3 gallons of Valvoline PBE 5w40 (1 quart short of a full change I know)
15-20 bucks for a Wix or Motorcraft filter at the autoparts store.
80 bucks and 30 minutes to do it yourself. Scam is being nice about it.
I can do a oil change with 5w40, MC oil filter and fuel filter change for 130.00 myself every 7500k. The price the dealership charges is nuts and according to my UOA they also filled with 10w30 instead of the 5w40 I paid for. So I don't go back.
