Just out of curiosity, if you still have both magnetic pickups, take an ohm reading and compare the two.
The go-no-go range is 400 to 800 ohms measured between the Purple stripe and Orange stripe wires. The Black is a ground.
If your old one is getting close to either end of that 400-800 scale, it was on it's way out anyway.
For new NOS modules there is a company here in San Jose called, oddly enough... "NOS Ford Pars" and the last time I was in there I checked out a few items he had in stock.
I picked up a new starter relay too, though he did not have any NOS Ford boxed versions. But I did pick up an old Motorcraft branded one to see how it fares compared to the common ones.
He also had several old Dura Spark modules. I'll have to go back over my pics to see which colors they were. I want to say Yellow and Brown, but don't think he had a Red one.
These days more and more often the NOS Ford boxed stuff is harder to find, so his inventory is not entirely NOS. But he does have some cool stuff still.
