Good scan tool for running diagnostics?
Looking for a good scan tool to run diagnostic apps like HO2S etc. I have plenty of code readers and they all do the same thing. They read codes. Only. Anyone have any suggestions? It's tough to sort through the choices.

FORScan is a free software download that's said to be very, very close to the higher levels of dealership access to diagnostics. I'm not familiar with your HO2S app though----I don't "do apps". 
If money is no option Snap On or Autel have pretty tremendous highest level complete diagnostic scanners.

HO2S = heated oxygen sensor. That is the PID terminology Ford uses. And the point of the thread was to ask for recommendations for a diagnostic app. Hence I don't have apps either. Although I do apps.
I'll check out the FORScan software. I have a licensed copy of Palmer Engineering PCMSCAN. Maybe I'll see what it can tell me.
