Backup camera
I'm having a problem with the backup camera on my 2015 F350. It fails to come on, showing a black screen, or shows a distorted picture. It is an intermittent problem, never know when it will happen. The camera is mounted in the Ford logo on the tailgate. Is this a camera problem or something else?

There seems to have been problems with the cameras. Not sure how wide spread the issue was or what years. Some have replaced the tailgate harness and it fixed the problems and others had to replace the camera.
Mine needed to be replaced under the 3/36 warranty. Last year it lost the quidelines.
