What is best way to square up my front diff to frame start over?
Remove the track bar, drive the truck some and park it on a level area and measure frame to tire on each side and see if it’s off. If it is pull the frame a little and adjust bar to fit and bolt it up. Mine is within 1/8” but took some pulling the frame to get everything centered.

Not it sure if it was Pirate or me that showed a full Inbox, but mine is currently 3600 short of full, and I did receiver 3 PMs on the 29th. Try again if it was to me.
Can you show a picture of the track bar that you modified that failed? You cut and welded on the sleeve, correct? Others have had better luck just cutting the needed over length off one of the threaded ends. I'm thinking that weld job may have presented a new weak link into the equation.
