Update! So the truck is running good! I have put close to 300 miles on it now. It's is EGR deleted and throwing a code for insufficient EGR flow. Will this cause any problems? I read were some are saying it will keep the urbobvanse open so you can't build boost and others say it's just a code and won't affect drivability. Which is true?
So to get it running good I removed the Camahaft sensor and low and behold found rust behind the sensor like another reported on another thread. I removed the large flaked reust and smoothed it out.
I also added extra ground straps and changed my ICP pigtail that I noticed one of the wires insulation had a cracked in it.
I also installed a 6.4 starter I got off if eBay for $65 shipped to my front door.it was a reman but maybe had not even a 100 miles on it...
Anyway the EGR issue is the only thing remaining at this point oh and tires. Truck had say for a little bit so tires are starting to dry rot... This is after cleaning rust off very well. You can see the layer of rust flake around screw hole.
