Keyless entry with Keyless start help?

Hello, New member here. I did search this to the best of my ability, so i apologize if this has been discussed before.

I ordered my truck from the factory exactly how I wanted it. This is a work truck for me. 2019 F350 XL Crew cab long bed. Keyless start, Sync 3, 5th wheel, cab lights, appearance package, and 360 camera...I think that is about it above and beyond a basic XL.
I tried to order it with a keypad entry and it wasn't an option for an XL.

This is my second f350 I have bought in 6 months. The trucks are identical other than the keyless start and the Sync 3. That is why i ordered this truck, I wanted them to match but have a few nicer things.

My first 350, I added the Ford Keyless entry key pad, Part # 7L2Z-14A626-BA with no issues. The new truck it says I can not add this because the truck has keyless start. The dealer says it can not be done. Now mind you they told me it would be no issue when I ordered this truck, just like my last truck. Now this is a problem to me. I would have never ordered the keyless start if this was a cause for the keypad entry not to work...

Any help, hacks, or anything to make the keyless entry keypad work with a truck that has keyless start using the Ford part number listed above

How handy are you with a dremel? I just removed my door trim and cut the hole for the keypad. The keypad is available for 30.00 and plugs right in, the wire connector is in the door on every truck with the power equipment group. Then just enable via forscan. Your SJB also already has the factory keypad digits set. Even the trucks without keypads came with the card in the owners manual that had the 5 digit combo.

I didn’t get a card with the truck, but if this is all true, I’m sure the dealer can get the number or it’s hidden somewhere on the truck, correct ?

If if this is true, man I’ll be happy.

Just use forscan to find the combo. The dealership won't do it and they can't enable the OEM keypads. All they can offer is the stick on keypad.
