Keyless

Can anyone tell how to find out if my 07' 250 has keyless entry? I bought it used and it did not have a remote but the dealer was not sure if it had it or not. For $125 they would look into it though.

Bring your vin number to the parts dept and tell them u lost your remote and you want to order one. They can look up which remote if any came with it.

Seriously though, for $125 you could probably have a nice aftermarket alarm/keyless entry system installed at a stereo shop.

If you have a keypad on the drivers door, you probably have keyless entry.

Lastly, check your owners manual for the procedure to program a new key fob. Start the procedure (you don't need an actual fob to start) and if the locks cycle you know the system is present. If it stares back at you with a dumb look, then it doesn't have the option.
