I keep busting water pumps

So now, again, I have run into another problem. I cannot keep a water pump on my truck. I have busted 2 in the past month. It seems that they cant hold any pressure. Kind of like they are getting more pressure now and I dont know why. I was told by someone is was because of my radiator cap. Hoping someone can help on this one.

If you are running too high of pressure cap it sure can cause leaks or if it is the correct pressure but not functioning like it should. when the pressure is too high it will find the point of least resistance and leak from there. Too high of belt tension if you deleted a bunch of stuff and are using a non standard ( meaning too small) belt may be putting too much pressure on the shaft and wearing it out also.
