So I have been experimenting with different methods to adding lumbar support to the bench seats in these trucks. Because if you haven't noticed, the back of the bench seat is as flat as western Kansas. My latest and best solution so far is this inflatable lumbar support. Enjoy the video!🤙
Factory lumbar bench seats that hard to comeby in your area? Mine work flawlessly and I have seen a few here or there in yards, not quite as good as shape as mine though.

What trim level is your truck? Mines just an XL. I never new these game with factory lumbar support. Unless you are referring to swapping a newer bench seat in.
Did this to my truck and it is wonderful. I love my old trucks but as mine is an XL, there is no lumbar support. World of difference in my daily 3 hrs of driving.
The blood pressure cuff works great. My second car was a 1985 toyota celica supra and it had that on the driver's seat. Really confused the hell out of 18 year old me.

Yeah mine is an XL too and it definitely helps with my almost 2 hour commute.

I had a 86 Nissan 300zx and my lumbar was electric inflatable. I didn’t know the Supra came with a manual lumbar though.
