Rear driveshaft
Is it possible to put the wrong size driveshaft on a truck, I only ask because I bought 1990 F-150 lariat xlt got it home and squeezing clunking I looked underneath and there's about three inches of yolk sleeve visable.
Wondering if it was his mistake or just my problem now I'm afraid to drive it anywhere.
Guys it looks ready to drop out any second. Hahaha better hunt one down.
Just wanted to know if any of you have ever heard of anything like that.

3 inches doenst seem too close to coming out i think that snout must be at least 6 inches long. Do you know if the back is lifted at all? That clunking might be from that 8.8 rear. I have one that is pretty noisy back there.
