That looks like your fuel pressure regulator to me and it looks like they're included in a Fuel Bowl O ring kit.

That o-ring is definitely included in the rebuild kit from Bob at Diesel-o-rings.
I had to send him an email about it when I rebuilt my bowl, that is why I know for sure.

I bought the alliant seal kit and it didn't come with either of these 2.
Guess I'll have to save my pennies.

Poppet seat is included in this kit. I used it on mine. http://#7-028 Fuel Pressure Relief R...build-kit.html I couldnt find anyone that sold the individual pieces. They all come as a Navistar kit.

I got the 6.0 kit today and the poppet had no pinhole so I didn't use it.
It did have the rubber seat and guide oring so I used those on my parts.
Fit like a glove, saved $$$
