Help with exhaust....

After talking with Voodoo diesel and Rudy's and also laying out the exhaust off of my 2011 6.7 Powerstroke next to my 2018 it seems as it will fit correctly. I bought my exhaust from Rudy's in 2012, not sure of the brand but it's a 5" exhaust with an approximate 15" muffler. Currently bought the MBRP quiet tone muffler to install on it for my 2018 to quiet it down a little more but give it better flow over stock and also run with my EZ Lynk and S&B intake. My question is, would it be too restrictive to leave the 15" original muffler on as well and add the 31" quiet tone into the dpf delete pipe or just replace the smaller muffler with the quiet tone.??? Help please.

If your 15" muffler is anything like the 1 I took off my 13, it's pretty much open. Which means there is little to no restriction. Take a look inside the pipe, you'll see what I mean.
