Question 6.2 exhaust

I am trying to get a good muffler on my new SD and eliminate the resonator and want to make sure of a couple of things: first, if I am correct the inlet to the resonator is 2.5", the outlet/muffler inlet is 3", and the muffler outlet is 3.5". I have found a Magnaflow y-pipe with a 2.5" inlet and 3" outlet and a 3" to 3.5" adapter. If these dimensions are correct then I think I am in business, and thanks in advance for all the help. <!-- / message --> <!-- End AdSlot 13-->

You'd probably get better results just doing a muffler delete.
