I noticed that on my truck its clear the painter or robot didn't get good coverage in the door jambs and edges of the doors. You can see right through the paint to the the primer and the clear has more orange peel than it should. Anyone else with white trucks see this, mine is particularly bad on the back door jambs about 8" above the latch, and all alone the leading edge of the back doors as the place the front and rear doors meet.
I noticed this on my truck as well. I have the Magnetic color. Its not terrible tho and the clear doesn't seem thin there. But mine being a darker color its hard to see. I bet white is easier to see. I'll get a picture of mine and post it.
I have a white 2019 and als have similar issues. Mine is a super cab but on the jambs of the back doors it actually has a few runs In the paint. They are only visible if you know where to look so I don’t stress over it but still very sloppy.
Mine was on the hood where SD is stamped in. Paint actually flecked off and Ford wouldn't cover it with only 15k on the truck. Luckily my dealer covered the cost of repainting my hood.
Same, noticed this on my prior truck that was white platinum. There was poor coverage and some paint drips as well. The dealer had the door jambs repainted.
