I have a 2009 Ford F250 and my big "A" is wearing out the spring supports on the seat. Can these seats be repaired are is there a aftermarket seat? I have seat covers and a cushion.
You can order new foam online from www.theseatshop.com. As for the actual seat frame and springs a junkyard or ebay would be your best bet. It would probably be easier to just swap the foam and leather/cloth onto a new frame instead of trying to fix the one you have.
I've replaced seat springs in several cars, I
would just go to salvage yard and source them from passenger side. The passenger side is used a lot less, driver side always has someone in it. Obviously doesn't apply to RHD or Postal. Scored a seat bottom from a police car once, those have some mighty strong springs.
