Usually the springs are repairable. Welds usually break before the actual springs do. Other than that a junk yard if you want original. Whole seats are sold by aftermarket dealers, but none have original upholstery for this vintage. I repaired my '71 seat springs and pads and had a factory original upholstery set made and installed in myself.

The best bet for a whole seat is to find one out of a junkyard because they weigh so much, shipping would probably be $150+. Or pop in a later model truck seat. You can buy replace foam, pads, and covers from the ACME truck catalog. They list a whole bunch of stuff for Ford trucks including door panels, mirrors, etc.
