2011 6.2 Diff Fluid Change Questions
I’m planning on changing my diff fluid in the front and rear for the first time tomorrow. Just wanted to confirm a few things before I do. I believe the front axle is a Dana 60 and the rear is a Sterling 10.5. Front uses 80W-90 and the rear uses 75W-140. I assume Mobil 1 synthetic is fine in both? The rear has an factory e-locker. Is there an additive that I need to use for it? What’s the torq spec on the cover? Is brake cleaner ok the spray inside the gears to clean everything out of there?
